Ok guys, I've decided to start my thread for all of the projects we do.

I'll start with pictures for the house I'm building for my fiance and myself. I went out today to put up root protection zone fencing around the trees I wanted to keep. The demo company is coming on Monday to tear out this old slab, so they can start forming the new one.

Had a flier distribution company out put out 30k two weeks ago or so.

House burned down about 5 years ago. Some guy bought it two years later, but could never float the interim construction interest, so he was about to foreclosed on.

Took me about 7-8 months, but convinced the bank to do a shortsale on the property for about 1/3 of what the going cost of land is out there.

I could sell the lot and make 6 figures profit, but decided to build instead. Super awesome neighborhood and location to build a big shop on the back of the property.

My backyard is like 600-800 acres of corn. I can do whatever I want out here:)

In the process of building a home right now. The current site has an existing slab to a house that burned down approx 5 years ago. We're getting that pulled up tomorrow, and should begin forming shortly thereafter.

Started, and finished my first wall (I did another one a few years back, but choose to forget about it). So I consider this my first one really.
Belgard Celtik Wall block.
We had the driveway done a few weeks ago, and it finally dried out enough to do the wall.
