I wanted to share something that I use for ear protection and radio/music sound while at work.

For those of us in warm climates, using headphones can be very uncomfortable. I bought a set of these earpieces for attending NASCAR racing with my scanner, and found it also to be a great piece for working outside.

These earpieces are expensive, but I've gotten enough use to make them worth every penny. They were originally developed for use by the drivers.

You can find them at racingradios.com

Pretty slick, is the foam replaceable?

Yes, if you wear the foam covers out, they have replacements for a few bucks.

I still have the originals on mine. You can clean them with alcohol.

You would have to check their website, but I recall paying $100 a few years ago.

Seemed like too much at the time, but I have gotten my money's worth.

I've been looking for something along those lines for a while. Unless I missed something the website doesn't give much info on them. For that price the audio quality better be top notch though.
