When I hand the customer the key I tell them " do us both a favor , dont use it . It is there if the controller is used in a commercial application where teens may be hanging out. On resi it is nothing but a pita"
I've got handfuls of nozzle trees, adjustment tools, K-Rain clock pins and controller keys, CH751 keys, and about a dozen used controllers lifted for upgrades - never dreamed I was sitting on a gold mine.
I've hit the Irrigators' Lottery and am now ready to retire.
Spent the rainy afternoon cleaning out part of my shop - found (3) ESP-4's, (2) ESP-MODs, (4) K-Rain 2120's, (2) SLW-10's, a Mini-Clik (the original pre-Hunter), (2) boxes of old transformers (both internal and external), (2) Toro 1/16" Allen screwdrivers, a bag of the old metal K-Rain adjustment keys, (1) RC-1260 and a 1260S, an RC-4bi, and a box of Toro nozzles for sprays and the Super 700's. And a BIG bag of CH751's.
Gonna make my fortune on eBay and buy me a CE-ment pond!
