how ya goin? business is'nt easy and you might have the best product known 2 man but you still have 2 sell it. In the great land of oz, we r currently in a huge state of drought yet the punters still want winter growing, water using turfs because the summer growing grasses creep into there garden beds and r dormant during winter. Question; how do you educate clients with out sounding like a know all and frightening them away?

Ya know,I can only tell you to start hinting about other grasses they can use or ground covers.Mabey you can find a supplier for a root barrier that you can install around their garden beds to keep the summer growing grasses out of the beds.Mabey an informative letter sent to all of them to educate them about the drought and the grasses ,then you woulden't sound like a know it all,cuz they would read you not hear you.
I sound like a know-it-all no mater what I do talk, write, scream, yell, whisper or whistle.
