How did you post the link from you tube? I couldnt figure it out?
Ive done the test light thing and it shows power where its supposed to be. What would i be checking with the multimeter since i have one?

When you you push the button test for the voltage at the switch and at the relay. It will quickly point out where the issue is.

Are you talking about the switch in the truck that you press to lift the dump?

It almost sounds like the motor is spinning but the hydro pump came apart inside.

So first of all....im an idiot. It was the battery. I checked the voltage and it showed 12v. After changing everything and posting the video, i checked the battery voltage and it was the dame EXCEPT i had my wife press the up button and checked voltage at same time.....it dropped to 2v. Battery was no good. Put a new battery in and wouldn't you know, it works great again!
Thanks to everyone for the great advise!
