I was thinking about buying a enclosed trailer this year, but have a question. A local equipment dealer/repair shop owner was telling me that they are not that great for eqipment. What I mean is, he said that in the summer, especially here in NM, when the temps get really hot, that the inside of the trailer obviously gets even hotter, and that it's bad on the equipment/ carbs, He says that they become hard to start and that you end up changing carbs and other parts out cause of this. Do any of you, especially in hotter climates, have any issues with this? Do you think that this is true?

Sounds crazy to me. Ive been runnin enclosed trailers for 3 years now and the equipment has never been in better shape. The trailer usually stays cooler than the outside when Im working because it flows alot of air with the roof vent and the back ramp is down when at yards. Best of both worlds = having open trailer for mulch, cleanups, etc. and then having the enclosed trailer for mowers and other valuable equipment. I love having both.
