Can anyone tell me where to find a complete rebuild kit that is not from China for my Briggs & Stratton 12 hp engine?
Appreciate any info.

I did not know that. I guess the days of Briggs & Stratton made in Milwaukee are gone? I had heard Briggs & Stratton was sold some time back. I am guessing that is the time they began setting up shop in China.

They are not made in China lol. Briggs doesn't offer a "kit" really. Best bet would get on somewhere like parts tree and enter your model number and it'll give you a breakdown of your engine

Seller Baktforkids on eBay, his store is “The Man’s One Stop Shop” is a good seller of good engine kits. May or may not have what you need.
