About 15 minutes, 30 if I have to switch the blades. The spindles on the mower are all sealed, no greasing, the rear wheels the same. Just shoot the fronts, change oil once / month (Amsoil) along with the filters. Change blades once every other week.

I see some guys are changing blades once a day or more often.... I really do think it's overkill, but what do I know. Just the way I've been doing it for 16 years now. :) Obviously if you hit something, or there's alot of dry sand, that'll change things, but usually every other week, never more than once a week.
