Its like night and day. They are very fast and don’t struggle at all. The electric will work, you just have to have patience.

After a lengthy process of doing plans to expand our current facility, both out the front and back, we have abandoned that option. We pushed too hard to make it work and my biggest concern is that we will outgrow it in a few years.

We will officially build a brand new facility on the farm next to our shop. Probably about 12-14k sf. Trucks will remain inside, we will have a much wanted wash bay, offices, conference rooms, and 6 truck bays. We took all the staff on a tour this morning to look at a lot of other facilities. It will take a year or two, but for the long haul its the way to go.

My other peers will review the plans when we are done to evaluate it, we are only doing this once.

This is what our new wash bay will look like. In case you haven’t figure it out with me yet, if you are going to do it, do it right.

There are quite a few other businesses in our area that have this setup. I know four of them within a short distance.

What type of heating are you thinking of going with? Is heated flooring an option to consider ?

I don’t get into the personal side of things much but I did want to share one thing. Especially with the busy season here. Make sure you take some time to get away, to unwind, and the breathe. It’s good. About 8 weeks ago I rode Canada with some friends, a bucket list item I’ve wanted to do for years, and I enjoy snowmobiling. My best friend passed away unexpectedly 8 years ago and we rode a lot together. I took his 15 year old son with me to ride 1400 miles in Canada. We had a great time, the Canadians are awesome, and I’d do it again tomorrow.

Take time to get away. Here’s a drone shot I took day 2.

    etwman,

Came up to PA last summer and had to drive by your operation, super tight and clean. All your trucks and equipment fit in extremely well up there in "largecar" country. You guys would fit in well down in Kinzers at STBI with all those guys. I bet that wash bay is at one of those truck places nearby.

I have a set of Loegering VTS 60 tracks we are selling. $4500.00 Came off our 262 and are in great shape. I need not tell you how we maintain things. They would fit other larger frame skid loaders with a slight adjustment. Let me know if you are interested. PM me.

Busy spring thus far, booking summer as we speak. We rolled 5 trucks the other day, first time that I can remember. With our second designer on staff now we are seeing growth, which is what I anticipated. Hope everyones's spring is going well.

How many trucks do you have? I'm sure you said it at some point. Don't have time to go back and read all 389 pages:eek::popcorn:
