I need help with a property we took over this year. We normally do residentials in the range of 1/4 acre to 3/4 acre. This particular property is 1 1/4 acre of weekly mowing and a horse corral that needs to be chopped down 2x per year. I need help on the horse corral estimate! The corall is 70' x 100' and the grass is 6ft high with small tree saplings 1" thick mixed throught the corral. I can rent a Billy Goat Outback brush cutter for $100/day. What would you charge for this job? Keep in mind there is an old bath tub and other items are left in the corral - except the horse lol. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

I would suggest that you do it houlry. Because like you said that theres stuff in there other than horses so you have no idea what could possibly be hidden in there.

$150.00...as long as it has an 8ft wide gate or bigger....your best bet would be to find someone with a tractor and sub it out.
