I have been in the pesticide app. side of the business here in Michigan for 5 years now. Several of my customers (some residential some commercial) have showed the interest in having myself do their mowing e.t.c. next year. I already have about 50% of the equiptment needed.
Can you you assist me in the bidding side of this type of maintenance?

DO A SEARCH!!!!!!!! are you asking about how to price? if so do a search for that, are you asking how to type one up? do a search for it.

I break all my figures down to either square footage (just as you have done for your apps) for mowing, and linear footage for items such as edging, trimming, and blowing/sweeping.

Once you have determined what your base pricing structure will be so that you are not cutting what equates to a $16 cut (for $16 when you need ie. a $25 minimum) you then add in a degree of difficulty, and travel charges, etc.

Hope this aides in your search.
