a terminal block down?
The most common cause of terminal blocks burning and melting is when the set screws are not tightened down fully. This leads to loose wires that create electrical arcs that burn the plastic. Both the screws that secure home runs and screws that secure wires from inside the transformer need to tightened completely and re-tightened at least once a year.
