Ok, I wasn't paying attention to the other thread and I lost count of who all requested the Excel worksheet, and who I sent a copy to. So, If you would like a copy of my Excel worksheet, send me an email to rdj_1@charter.net, and specify which one you want, i.e. figuring up the cost of doing business, or estimating worksheet, or both. I do also have some sample contracts and a flyer that some might be able to use as a template for their own design.
Not sure how good any of it is, but if it helps you, I'd be happy to share.

Randy, I got your "cost worksheet' thank you!

I just have a couple of questions:

(I am planning to start my new biz in spring '04 so please be patient)

1.0 hour/gal - Do commercial mowers really use a gal. per hour?

4.0 hour/qt - 1/4 of a qt (8oz) of oil per hour? I came up with $0.375 your formula shows $0.56 per hr

And could you explain what "general Maint." consists of.

Thank You for the work sheet

    :) :) It helps ALOT!!!!!!!

Hey guys, I lose track of who all posts here. If you wouldn't mind, email me directly at rdj_1@charter.net and I'll gladly send the files to you. This way I won't send them twice to somebody. Thanks.
