I need an over all review of the Exmark 36" Metro. Its a used machine lots of hours.. should I expect to see diminished performance? How does it handle on slopes? How will it do in reverse? How much would you pay for a used Metro?

The only diminished performance is typically with the engine.

They handle O.K. on slopes but don't expect miracles either, particularly in wet conditions where the belts slip from moisture.

Reverse on any belt drive is very limited in it's uses.

    How much?
Depends on how well it was taken care of, what year it is, aproximate hours............You say "a lot of hours"...............

With a "lot" of hours and "good" maintainance maybe $800-$1000 for me..............A new one can be had for $2000-$2300.
