    Hey guys,
just wondering real quick if anyone knows the size of the bolt on the exmark metro 36" that holds the blades on? I saw the parts manual
says it is a 5/8" bolt, but certainly it is not. I bought it lightly used and not sure if they changed the bolt or what; it appears to be slightly smaller than 1 inch, perhaps 7/8 or larger.
Any help would be appreciated before I go to buy the tool; i want to make sure i get the right one.
    thank you very much

5/8" refers to the size of the bolt shaft (where there is a number following it as in 5/8" x 16, 16 refers to the the threads per inch). 5/8" is not the size of the bolt head. 15/16" is the size socket or wrench you'll need for the head and nut.
