I have a 15 hp Kaw 48 inch WB, with mulching kit, to eliminate some of the deck blow out I have been cutting with the front of deck 1/2 inch lower then the rear, when working medium to heavy leaves the blow out from deck is terrible, I have tired the Exmark mulching blades and gator blades, each of those blades styles create a similiar blow out. I have done a search and can't find any other ideas to eliminate the problem. Does anyone have any other ideas or sugestions, or is this situation we have to live with?

Put the exmark mulching blades back on and take one washer off of each spindle and put it on top. Moves the blade a bit up and seems to help with blow out.

You can just about totally eliminate blow out on ExM by putting skirting on the front. Try outdoor carpeting, cut to size, drill a few holes and mount so that the skirting just touches the ground. It works GREAT! I would just use this for leaves though.
