I have the option of buying a lazer with a 23 horse or a 27. Is the extra power worth 3-4 hundred?

You bet it is, your engine will not have to work as hard with the additional power also you will need the hp if you mulch- cut wet grass or add a bagging system to this machine. By the way what is the model and price of the machine you are buying???

Is this the Lazer Z? And if so, do they have more than one at that price?

For only 3-4 hundred...I would bump up to the 27hp...just my opinion.

Are you an Exmark employee ? This price,$5200, for a new Lazer 60"deck and 27 hp Koh. engine is probably below dealer cost, so I would guess this is probably an employee discount unit, or it is hot.

Joe2106 - I sent you a PM about the Lazer for $5200. Would like some more info and to know if this price would be available to anyone?

Kelly's - my thoughts too! The factory is about a 12-13 hour drive from where I live and I would definitely drive that far to save three thousand dollars!

I liked the Deere a little better but hey, for three grand I'll LOVE the exMark!
