This is a great question for Kawasaki, which is why it would be nice for them to have representation on Do you have the Engine Owner's Manuals that came with your mower? If you do, open it up to where it says Tune-up Specifications. In the chart found in that section, it lists the correct spark plugs.

In the manual that I have for your engine, it lists a NGK BPR4ES, and the gap is .75 mm (.030 in). Be sure to DOUBLE CHECK this with the manual that you received for that Kawasaki engine. Let me know if you have any other questions.
