I have a 27hp 50" exmark zeor turn mower with a triton deck. If the grass is the slightest bit moist it seems as if the grass turns into a green glue and coats and clumps the under the deck. I have to use a 2000psi power washer to loosen the goo only hours after mowing and even the power washer has trouble getting the goo loose. It takes 20min to get it halfway clean. What are recomendations of sprays or anything that can help to reduce the grass fron sticking to the deck. I have used a silicon spray but it dousnt work for long. HELP!!!!

Probably one of the reasons Exmark went back to the Ultra Cut decks. You could try a medium lift blade to reduce the air flow so grass wouldn't hit the top of the deck with as much force. The early Spring growth seems to stick worse than the Summer growth. Lots of problems with the Tritons.

Your basic paint scraper always does the trick for me. Jack it up, scrape it off. Two minutes.

My Next Lazer did the same thing. POS. You can read my threads about how disappointing exmark has become. I used to walk into a dealer, and just pick out the exmark I wanted, and load it up.....never worrying about cut quality. Those days are sadly long gone. I'm looking at Gravely now.

    P.S. My Ultra-Cut never clogs

Try a medium llift blade. Mine did the same thing till I went to a medium lift blade. Does your deck have all the updates from Exmark?
