Here's the situation, I have a LC setup and running where I am. Everything is going great except for the fact that I have decided to go back to school at a university about two hours away. I have the operation set up here with a manager that could basically run the business in the field. I would still handle billing etc. (but hopefully that will be streamlined with an app I'm having developed.) My question is, has anybody who has a successful company up and moved to a different area and been successful breaking into that new market. The town is a lot smaller, almost suburb size compared to kansas city. Any ideas for switching areas? Best way to get your name out there fast and get clients so you aren't losing your butt the first year or so? Thanks for any help!
