Hey everyone!! As you may already know, we are in the KC area. Since I travel often to Des Moines, Iowa for sporting events, I checked out the area for expansion of our applications program. Found a nice business shop for a reasonable! Now it's off to promotions!!

Sounds pretty ambitious and perhaps ill conceived unless you are looking to buy out another company for a base.

If not it will take you forever to show a profit and that op will be a drain on you mentally, physically and financially.

Not to rain on your parade but a lot of people think expansion is easy and worthwhile only to sit there three years from now remembering the good old days.

Have you done any demographics in the area? Like whats the going rate. Product pricing and availability. Licensing. Taxes, and who the competition is....besides Larry? Or was the cheap rent on a facility and seeing they have some grass the only research you did here?

I was trying to stay close to home a few years ago, and now that I have expanded to a new area (Dayton which is about 30 miles from me).

As NIKE says...JUST DO IT!

Now Larry can't say there aren't any Z's in his area!
