Extreme Rack Customer Service

    I just wanted to let everyone know that I am even more happy with my Extreme trimmer rack then I was before. Last Wednesday afternoon I was driving down the road when I looked in my rear view mirror and noticed that one of my trimmer rack posts was beginning to slowly fall over. I quickly stopped and ran back to find that the weld holding the post to the base plate had cracked. After putting my trimmers in the bed of my truck and I called them using the phone number on the rack. I spoke to Matt and told him what happened. He checked to make sure he had my shipping info and said he would have a now post out to me right away. Monday I had a new post. I think that Extreme and Matt provided excellent customer service. I recommended their product prior to this and now I am even happier to continue to do so. Keep up the good work Matt.

    That is good to hear. I am looking to buy a set in the spring.

    They are the best trimmer racks on the market, period.
