Has anyone setup the upfitter auxiliary switches in their F-series truck for powering the dump circuit in a dump trailer? I have an 08 F250 6.4 PSD with the auxilary upfitter switches. I've looked at the ford info to see that two of them are good for 30 amp service and where the "blunt cut wires" are located/accessed. Wondering how I could set one up for powering my dump circuit on the the dump trailer since keeping the battery charged in the trailer is a real hassle for me (it's stored elsewhere with no nearby electric outlet). Has anyone done this? How did you set it up/run the wiring? Thanks for any info.
