    Question regarding fall clean up,

In all of your guys opinions, should the fall clean up be done in an absolute "spotless" manner or is the customer expecting most of the leaves picked up and a few nitty gritty leaves here and there?

While doing mid-season pickups, you can't get them all. They keep fallong. You drive by 2 days later, and can hardly tell you were there. Believe it or not, there ARE a few people who just don't know and expect you to "clean" them all up. Sometimes, you have to explain to these people because they don't have enough common sense. Anyway, at the last pickup of the season, we have about all of them. If you leave a few, don't fret, because there are ALWAYS going to be some there in the spring...sometimes, they just magically appear in the corners and such (actually from other props, usually). Now, when I say corners, I mean like corners of the fences and such. Make SURE you get all these places that are out in the open. If you leave just a few caught in the bushes at the bases, that is ok, as they will come out with your spring cleanup.
