Seems like the average 2/3 of an acre lot in my area is bringing me about $300-350 per cleanup. My 2 man cleanup crew averages 3 per day.

How's your pricing for similar size properties etc.

Sounds about right. On a few of my 1/3 acre lots I am between 200-250...larger will fetch more.
    3 a day doesn't seem right.

I try not to do any one time clean ups due to the weather here in jersey. Most are priced out for 2 visits

I just charge by the hour. $100 a man hour so my average residential is $200. I got the new echo 8010 and get done faster than ever. I maybe leaving money on the table bc I’ve become so much more efficient lol

$100.00 a man hour, that's a great price. You will be very successful if you can keep those numbers up.

$100 per man hour is pretty steep for a un skilled lawn jockey.

How many times total do you visit your client for leaf accounts in a season?

I leave it up to the customer. Most pick 2 Some pick 3 visits. I won’t do any one time visits unless it’s a late season grab and I use those as a fill in. Normally a pain with wet leaves.

I also don’t price based on “man hours”. I look at the job and price it out. Normally I get the job.

You don't consider the amount of time it will take you?
