We all have some customers on our routes that we'd love to duplicate; I.E. the gravy ones.
What's your easiest money on your route? For me, it's a small biz that I weedeat, mow & blow & load back up in 12 min. Sounds like along time but on the site it's cruisin'. I can do the whole package by myself in 12 min. & it's a $25 job. What about you guys?
----------
Smitty ô¿ô
1 hour 40 mins. = $115 & its within 2 miles from my shop. I have several at about $70/hour. Some residentials for $30 that I can knock out in 15 mins. or less...but you have to drive there and unload.

I have 5 in a group, one stop, two hours max to mow and trim, $147 plus in-season produce, homemade wine, anisette toast etc from the elderly Italian customer.
4 in a group, 1 hour max mow and trim, $88 total all pay cash COD.
These two stops pay my mortgage for the month. The other 51 customers are the gravy that will fund my retirement at 50.
Bill
