Anybody know what the head bolt torque specs are for a Kawasaki FB-460?
According to the workshop maual:
34 to 39 N-m or 25 to 29 ft-lbs.
** be sure to take them all down evenly by hand first

If it had a blown head gasket you should use new head bolts.
No blown head gaskets here. The engine is getting up there on hours, smokes a little bit and burns some oil. I'm going to pull the head to look around at the valves and the cylinder walls. I'm considering doing a rebuild. Although it still has lots of power. If and when I do rebuild the head bolts will be replaced.
