fertilize in the rain /wet grass

    Can this be done or is it a bad idea?

    Yes I have done it. Not saying it was wise to do so. I don't figure it'll hurt anything. If you fertilize with wet grass it just makes it stick to the grass instead of going to the soil. If it's raining the rain will wash it to the soil. Never had a problem when I've done it.

    Thanks,I figured it would stick to the blades of grass that was my reason for asking.The forecast is calling for more rain so i think i will be ok,thanks again.
