Snow plowing is a must if you live in an area that requires it. I make a killing on it.
40 hrs a week at 20 a hour for lets say 40 weeks: 32,000. a year. Cost of buying health insurance lets say a resonable plan nothing great 500 a month for 12 months= 6,000 So now the 32,000 a year is 26,000 lets say the employee would like to retire at some point (maybe 67) and puts 2,000 a year in a ira we are at 24,000.00 a year... working full time in a climate control building stocking shelves for 12 a hour 40 hours a week at the piggly wiggly 24,960.00 includes insurance, matching 401k ,and promotion......I have been at this 16 plus years finding help doesnt come easy. Good help is hard to find and should be rewarded as such if possiable, sometimes I think the solo LCO operator has the best margins however maybe not the biggest and best nor the whopping gross net numbers....I have no fnnn clue why i am ranting about this........
