I have called several large commercial office building leasing agents trying to find out who the property managers are and they all say they don't have a clue. So what would be the best was for me to go about finding them? Thanks

Instead of going to the offices why not go straight to the prop. managers themselves? Look up realestate or property maneagement in your local yellow pages. Call them up and tell them you are interested in recieving bid packages on any upcoming maintenace bids.

Ask them who they would call if there was an emergency in the store......
    Besides 911

You need to find out who they are renting the property from. Then call that realestate company and ask for their property maintenance manager. Its a long hassel some times but when you get to talk to them they usually put you on their bidding list. :waving:
