Just came across your thread! Great work and love the equipment! Did you get all those accounts by just by door hangers?

Back when I first started I picked up a couple from door hangers. I now send out Post cards in the spring a couple times and seem to get a very good return on them. Mostly all of the work we get now is by word of mouth. I don't believe I will be doing any advertising this year.

Logan I'm not sure if you mentioned it but what business software do you use? I've been using quickbooks but I am wanting to move to a lawn-industry based program that incorporates scheduling, billing, accounting, and possibly fleet management and pesticide tracking.

I'm looking into Service Auto Pilot starting over the winter to start in spring 2015, they have basically everything what you're looking for.

If your talking about the 14" we had it was pretty hectic:dizzy: I was down one of my main guys so we had to pick up the slack. I myself started working in the shop Saturday morning getting everything ready and didn't stop working until the following Tuesday keeping everything clean:hammerhead: All in all everything came out good and didn't have any break downs. How about you guys?
