Do you guys know what a firethorn tree is?
And I don't mean the Bonsai.

Pyracantha is usually a shrub around here.... I don't think I've ever seen it in a "tree" form.

It has thorns, and therefore is on my list of plants that I DON'T like.:D Nasty shrub to have to deal with...........

Hence the name "Firethorn"! Very nasty if you are not paying attention. One got me last winter through a long sleeve shirt and a Carhartt jacket.
