This is my first card ever. I composed it on my pc. Any suggestions would be appreciated..
Looks nice but I would ad some services you provide and drop the two days off thing.
your background is too distracting. a solid color would be better. stay away from white as it is just like anybody elses card. also less is more with your wording.i had cards that i wanted to have everything possible on them when i started buy after having a graphic artist re do our cards it made a big improvement in conveying our message and company image.
im all about keeping it simple, this is mine i put em up everywhere and gets calls all the time, so it seems to work.
that background is really distracting. and not only that, those would cost quite a bit to get printed.
Its a good start but he is right about that. And besides photo background will cost a fortune when compared b&w or even color graphics. A line art graphic would be much better, or nothing at all. Also I might consider removing the address as it takes up alot of space, makes things more complicated, and doesnt add a whole lot to it. I mean if you're working on their property what do they care where your office is as long as you do a good job. Also add some specific services. I know some guys that do but personally I dont. Just my $0.02. If you need ideas feel free to check out my card http://www.lawnsite.com/showthread.php?t=177274
