First cut of the season

    I am 15 years old and this is my second year in the business and this is the first cut of the season. You cant see the stripes that well, but the last picture is of my mower.

    Can't see the stripes, you shouldn't even be mowing yet ... I thought it was still snowing up in Ohio ... LOL !!

    I still have about two months before Mowing starts up here.
    Heck we still have some snow left in the woods.
    I hope to be out to start aeration in the next two weeks.
    Oh how I long for the smell of fresh cut grass.:(

    Looks good. I cant believe the buds on those trees! I didnt think Cleveland was that far ahead of Northcentral pa in the growing season.

    Looks great! Way to represent NE Ohio! It is pretty rare to see the grass growing the way it is so early...later this week is the dilemma of whether or not it'll snow again. :cry:

    I got the itch today as well and gave my folks' house a complimentary cut to see how the turf is turning out this spring. Pretty good.

    My concern is will snow harm it if you bring the grass out of dormancy too early?? or "if it's growin' we're mowin' " mentality is harmless

    Looks nice ...Of course this OHIO weather sucks....78 followed by 56 followed by mid 30's for the weekend ...UGHHHHHHHHHH...get a sunburn then chance of frost bite while cutting grass that went nuts when the temp shot up and we got an inch of rain LOL...Good Luck !!
