    What the other guys are saying is that this doesn't actually make much sense:
    BZ Lawn Care is owned and operated by an off duty firefighter, and most of our lawn specialist are also off duty firefighters!​

    This would be a correct way of saying it:
    BZ Lawn Care is owned and operated by a firefighter, and most of our lawn specialists are off-duty firefighters!​

    No problem. Couple small issues remain...
    - should be "specialists", whereas you still have the singular "specialist".
    - "off duty" should be hyphenated, as off is a modifier.
