I am a homeowner who likes to garden/landscape my 3/4 acre property.

I have just powerwashed and re-pointed (portland cement) a 900 sq. ft. flagstone patio, it is 40 years old and has been built on a sand bed-no concrete pad-it has cracked and moved throughout.

It now looks brand new and I am wondering if you pros have any input good/bad about sealing the freshly powerwashed flagstone.

What product and process do you rec'd. Do you have to re-apply each year and how do you do that?

Thank-you and have a great day.

PS-I can not believe how much dirt was removed with the powerwash!

no need to seal it. Natural stone shouldn't be sealed. as for re-pointing it just comes with the territory.
