We are going to need to make something to transport annuals for the fall. We have several open trailers but I am looking for ideas on how to create a box to put flowers in to keep them out of the wind. Anyone have any ideas or pictures of your own setup?

I almost thought of a shelf/rack system to make with plywood to put in one of our trailers but obviously if there is something more simple I would like to see it.

Even with the boxes, you might need something to keep the wind from entering over the top with full force. We use a mesh tarp to cover the top of the stake body & the sides have 4 foot high plywood. I use bungees to secure the tarp. I have driven 30 miles at up to 45 mph with pansies and other annuals & no damage has been done. I try to avoid the highway, if possible to go slower, when possible. Similar to these pics.
