Flyer etiquette

    While working today, another company came along and left a flyer at the home I was servicing.

    So if you are passing out flyers and you see another company already there, wouldn't it make sense to skip that one?

    Why? Do you own that property? Perhaps he knows he can do a better job than you????

    Sorry Nriddle.......I must not have seen you servicing that property. By the way the lady of that house called this afternoon and asked me to start servicing the yard starting next week, she said the current guy wasn't charging enough.

    Just joking with you a bit there but the answer to your question is YES I would skip the property if there was already a LCO doing work at the property.
