I'm going to be blitzing my lawn route this spring with flyers, and am wondering what you have found to be good items to include in the flyer?Like what key points do you add????Information????Anything you have found that works well for you.

I don't do any lawn maintenance but here are some ideas that I use. Use 2 colour printing, it looks more professional. My printer gives a discount on the second colour if you schedule it for a day the next week. He prints with a different colour each day on one of his machines. I use 1/2 sheets so you can print 2 for the price of 1 plus a small cutting fee. Use phrases like Complete customer satisfaction, Free in home consultation, book now for fantastic savings. Have several people proof-read your art before it goes to the printer, mistakes NEVER go unnoticed by the ones with the gold.

Be sure that you can back up any of your claims, not saying you couldn't but the customer thinks negatively of ambiguous claims that may seem misleading, and it is always nice to be able to add into the flyer that you are insured as well as how long you have been in the business (providing you have been there for an appreciable ammount of time.)
