my customer who informed me yesterday he could hire a mexican to do what my 2 man crew did for 1/7 the price, called me back today.
he is about 85 yrs old and was sober today. he told me he could tell i was angry (i told him he could hire whoever he wanted to, and we don't work for beer money). he complemented me and my crew on how nice everything looked, and told me he would have us do all his shrubs and topiaries soon.
i think the price will go up, maybe a 25% P.O.'d fee?
i really try not to have an attitude but some people think if you work for a living they can treat you like dirt. oh well...

Well, its your business, and you're in charge, so do it however you see fit. I wont tell you what to do, how to do it, or whatever, just do as you wish, and if it makes YOU happy, do it.

Personally, I'd ad a 25% fee for the shrubs and call it an additional service charge or something.

It would really help people follow along if you put this on the same thread as the original, instead of starting a whole new thread.

I think its called "free market economy"

Walmart does it everyday and you still shop there.
