I read somewhere (I think on this site) that the screen on the fuel pump was too small and caused the fuel pump to burn out faster then normal. So if my fuel pump burned out at 800 hours would it be covered by warranty? I am asking because my dealer charged me $220+ to replace my burnt out fuel pump in Oct. of last year. They had no idea why it went and said it was wear and tear. Should i go and try to get my $220 back? I don't want to ruin my relationship with my dealer, but I feel this should be a warranty item...What do you guys think?

Landscaper3: do you go to Abbotts in Waterboro? was it a 2000 walker that had the fuel pump problem?
