Next year I want to get two of my account to switched over to full service(mowing, shrubs, keeping beds clean, and pruning small trees). My question is how do I calculate there monthly fee. would I charge the same price for mowing then just count up all the shrubs and charge according to size(ex.Ft.1-4 $8 Ft.5-10 $16)and then add a charge for bed weeding, and pruning or is there another way.

Is your definition of full service complete? If it is, then this is not full service, where are the applications?

Do some searches for pricing, covered many times.

    Hi Turk,

That sounds like it will work.

Don't just add up the shrubs and their size. Factor in what type of shrubs these are. Are they Compacta Hollies? Dwarf Burford Hollies? Needlepoint Hollies? Waxleaf Ligustrum? Loropetalum? What is the growth habit? Are they going to shoot out so many times in 1 season that you will have pruned them 8 times in one summer and you'll be swearing up and down that you'll spray them with Atromec next year? ;) Price it on number, size, species and growth habit.
