Sounds like a dead short in the wire leading to the starter solenoid or the solenoid itself. Try removing the wire from the solenoid first and if fuse still blows there is a short between ignition switch and the solenoid.If it doesn't blow then hook that back and remove the big cable from the starter. If it still doesn't blow then it could be the starter.Or you can reverse these steps if you think the starter is the problem.
