gas hike

    how is everyone goin about with price increases due to fuel prices being raised , are you raiseing or just staying the same and takin the cut out of you profits , im thinging 2.50 a week hike per lawn sound about right?:confused:

    right now the gas has dropped here about 13 cents in the last week, we are down to 2.06

    But I raised my additional services prices, not the mowing

    I feel that the hike really depends on the size of the lawn and the distance to travel to maintain that property

    What is your hourly fuel cost when you estimated? What is it now? Once you know that, you can then easily find out what your surcharge should be. Realisticly, for my residentials, we are talking about $.30-$.45 per cut. Is it worth it?

    I did a 2 dollar per mowing hike got no complaints and happy i did it.Gas just went back up here again and is around 2.13 for reg
