Gas Powered Plant Auger

    I need to plant 230 , 8" mums. I was looking at the Stihl gas powered plant auger. The only problem is the largest auger bit is 5". Does anyone have any suggestions?

    Northern Sells gas post hole diggers. They have a couple of different ones including a two man. You can check them out on the web Northerntool.com

    planted some arbs. using a one man post hole digger worked great.

    Yea! Like I can justify spending $20k on a Dingo and attachments to plant flowers!:dizzy:

    try a hand post hole digger cheap no maintenance and fast:blob4:

    Not bad

    But actualy easier using a shovel or spade.


    We plant 250+ at just one commercial site

    Depends on the soil you are digging in.
