Haven't been in for awhile. I am sure gas prices have been discussed. Just curious if anyone has creative ways besides dropping customers who don't go along with a gas surcharge. While we do apartment complexes and have "somewhat" of a contract in place, I know what the response will be when I ask for a gas surcharge. While I do have several complexes and it is a nice contract, $250 off the bottom line a month hurts. Its not right when they adjust their prices daily for market rents and then turn around and stiff the vendors. Its not easy to walk away from alot of money, but when you get squezzed coming, going, and in between, eventually it adds up to Just curious. Lot of things in play here, but can't keep eating it, but certainly won't throw it away either.
