I'm trying to keep prices the same. I hope the clients start calling, it's getting late here.
We start up March 1st. Lots of guys out of work here too and I see alot of new low ball operations.

Gas prices here on the weekend were the equivalent of $5.28 a gallon.
We buy by the litre. That is by the Quart if you wish.

My workers comp went up, liability went up, new fertilizer license, fuel is going up, equipment went up, labor’s going up. I redid all my costs, expenses and my rate went up about 10%. I didn't do it last year.

I'm even thinking of retiring my 22ft enclosed trailer. Weight savings of an open trailer might give me a few G's at the end of the year in fuel savings. I'm going to test the MPG next week.

I didn't raise my prices last year when he gas went up but this year I have already sent out emails concerning raising the prices by $5.00. I informed them as to the reason. No one has yet to leave. (knock on wood)

I was thinking on the lines of raising my cutting price $5.00 and that should cover the cost.
