I am looking at getting a new set of blades for my ZTR. I am looking at the Gator mulching blades, but have a question. What is the difference between the Standard High Lift and the Magnum High Lift blades? Just curious.....

The thickness of the metal is the only difference.

Thanks for the info TLS. Probably was a stupid question, but I had to ask because I was unsure.

Yah, I think the standard Gators are .200 or close to that thick. And the Magnums are .250.

Why would you chose one from the other?

Sorry for bringing this back up but I am curious and about to purchase some new blades.

.250" thick blades take more HP to spin then .204" thick blades.

Really it comes down to personal preference.
