I know I asked this question before, but I need to know how to find out what gears I have in the transfers and the tranny so I can get a new speedo gear. I found other sites that have the calculator to find the right tooth combo, but I don't know how to find out what I have. Any ideas?

I believe the speedo gears are the same for any given case.
The way they account for different axle gear ratios is with an adapter between the cable and the transfer case. The most important thing to know is the axle gear ratio. The speedo cable is hooked up to the final drive so it doesn't see the tranny of tranfer gearing. Your local gm truck parts counter could help with the adapter and drive gear.
    hope this is of help
