I need some advice. I am managing 6 lawns in my subdivision and I want to make sure I am doing the right thing. Its Bermuda grass and I am debating on whether I should do a pre emergent now or in the coming weeks.

My first question. Do I scalp the yards and then apply the pre emergent?

How long after should I start to fertilize? Is there a time table to apply fertilizer?

There are so many brands to choose, what brand have you had luck with?

Pre-M now, Scalp in a month. Fertilize when 70-80% green. Lesco 100% slow release will work great for you that or One app fertilizer applied now.

Also make sure you are licensed to apply lawn chemicals...

With questions like that do you really think he is licensed?

Ya Chris, appreciate that call back as well u homo.

OP: Regardless if your licensed or not, rain is forecasted for us on sat. Take full advantage to get the pre pushed into the soil.
